(1) The committee must keep minutes of meetings.
(2) The secretary is responsible for keeping the minutes at meetings of the committee.
(3) The following must be recorded in the minutes of a meeting—
(a) the date, time and place of the meeting; and
(b) the names of the members present; and
(c) the names of the members voting; and
(d) all resolutions of the committee; and
(e) the voting on all resolutions of the committee.
(4) A member of the owners corporation may inspect the minutes of the committee.
